Terry Tremaine was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on July 20, 1948. He is the founder of the National-Socialist Party of Canada.

In April of 2005, a massive campaign of malicious persecution was launched against Mr. Tremaine by well-funded anti-White special interest groups. Rabid proponents of censorship made it their business to cost this man his job teaching at the University of Saskatchewan. A "Canadian Human Rights Commission" complaint was filed against him for an alleged violation of section 13 article 1 of the "Canadian Human Rights Act", followed by an arrest on January 23, 2008, for an alleged violation of "Canadian Criminal Code" section 319(2).

Since the arrest and charges, Mr. Tremaine was forbidden to move from Regina. Due to excessive negative media coverage, he has been unable to obtain employment in the area he was forbidden to leave. And the "Canadian Human Rights Commission" is demanding unreasonable sums of money from him.

Sometime on August 6th, 2009, Terry Tremaine was once again arrested and imprisoned, this time without bail, due to an alleged violation of an imposed restriction against posting on the Internet, apparently in response to this post on Stormfront.org.

Canada has had a poor human rights record over recent decades. In 1981, John Ross Taylor was imprisoned for five months for alleged violations of the "Canadian Human Rights Act". In 1985, Jim Keegstra was convicted of "hate crimes" and was eventually given a one-year suspended sentence, a year of probation and 200 hours forced labor. In May of 2004, Glenn Bahr's Edmonton apartment was raided by police, and his arrest followed in January 2005 under charges of violating "Canadian Criminal Code" section 319(2); though fortunately, conviction was negated by a "Canadian Human Rights Commission" case subsequently filed against him. In February of 2008, Bill Noble was imprisoned for three months for charges under "Canadian Criminal Code" section 319(2). In April of 2009, Maxime Fiset was convicted under section 319(2) and given a suspended sentence of two years.

Political Prisoner Terry Tremaine Arrested Again for Posting His Defense

So long as Terry Tremaine or any man like him is held in Canada's prisons for no other reason than voicing political opinions, Canada will never be anything more nor less than a tyranny.
